Life and/or work doesn't have to be complicated. Even if it feels overwhelming and frustrating right now, the good news is that whatever is going on you have the power to change it. My approach is practical, solution focused, and includes education about why we do what we do and evidence-based techniques to manage mental health. Although, my credentials include assessing and treating psychiatric conditions, I am much more interested in helping you define the problem and explore strategies towards solutions rather than assigning diagnostic labels.
